It will run it, surely. The 650 card
might allow it to run smoothly, but you'll probably have to turn a few things off/ down. A 660 card will definitely run smoothly with everything turned up to the max settings (unsure what your fps would end up at that way, but certainly very usable) for the time being. They are planning on upgrading to DirectX 11 in spring, which shouldn't make anybody's experience worse or anything, but it will probably add new effects and higher maximums for certain things.
Please be advised that I play games with graphics settings tuned up as high as possible while capping frame rate (V-sync) at 30 (or 60 if possible). I get the feeling that others find this unacceptable for one reason or another, but to me a smooth 30 fps is perfectly fine (especially for an MMO) and more than 60 is silly with a 60 Hz monitor, though there are technical reasons to try for it on fast paced games.
