(And eff the pills, they give me the shakes so don't take, but they do help some ppl) I'm not giving excuses, I know I take forever because I procrastinate and get distracted by just about everything, so I plan accordingly, but thats just the way it is. People can be in damn near full control of what they think about if they really want to. It's like listening to smokers always complaining about how they can't quit... except that is an actually chemical and social dependency. You can do just about anything within the physical limits of your body that you really want to do... you just have to want to enough which can be hard when it's easier to just say you can't. By the way, eating cherries and stretching helps one fall asleep better. Make sure it's plenty dark in your surrounding as that releases melatonin into your blood stream which helps induce sleepiness. Either that or you can watch something boring on TV to help shut down your body when it's unable to focus on anything. |
