Vent? Better sound quality? That's ***. Vent deliberately caps the data sent so that it sends quicker and takes less memory; which drastically lowers the sound quality compared to Skype. Vent is nicer for the fact it has a push to talk button and runs in the background better than Skype. But on sound quality, Skype blows vent into the ground ninety times and then some.

In general? I wouldn't say that. Very fast and lovely Special Attack, but can be killed easily. As long as you aren't going against a weakness and don't get one-shotted, Raichu is pretty nice. I'd pick Jolteon over Raichu, though.

I hate vent sound quality. Having to squish my headphone to my ear to hear clearly = not fun.
I've seen my cousin use Skype / Oovoo and those are very clear on sound and visuals.

I like on skype it turns my game music/sounds down automatically for me. On vent i have to go and turn off my sounds in game to be able to hear anyone.

Well maybe skype has improved, or maybe the vent you were on used a shitty codec. Skype is free to everyone, vent is a dedicated server for a few people. Many times on Skype I can hear garbled messages of other people talking. I;m thinking you need to change the codec on the vent server you use.

Right. The noise sensors on vent pissed me off. I had to turn my music off just so people can hear me without background stuff. I refuse to do that.

I've never seen Deoxys' stats so I wouldn't know, but it wouldn't surprise me since it's a legendary.

That's another reason why Gold/Silver was my favorite version - I could get them.
It's defense is just insane...
I still need to make my file that has the entire -Eon family, but now there's 7. I'd probably take Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon, Umbreon, the psychic one (forgot the name, lol) and some flying Pokemon. (needs moar Birdeon.)

My point was that the quality and bandwidth for your call was poorer since it was a free service to everyone.

Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.
Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.

Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
