Not me. I already stated I skim through it. Like has already been said though, the ToS hasn't changed in a while. Like I already said, they would have to notify users of the change. Like has already been said, SOMEONE would post about it.

I stopped capping XP after VanaFest due to me personally thinking they're going to lower XP required for 75 again.

Well my rdm is used for either lowman or soloing things. Phalanx 2 is great capped, especially for endgame stuff. I don't think Dia3 is that great at all (dia2 is just as good), I'm taking 1 out of paralyze 2 because para1 works just as well with a decent MND set. I want to put 3/5 in slow2 because you can actually notice a difference. I haven't put any in Blind2
I can't see myself ever lowering Phalanx 2, I just love having that capped (and last 4 minutes). Which gives me ~5 merits to work with; and I want to at least keep Slow 2 @ 1/5, which gives me 4 to work with. Bio 3 doesn't seem worth it unless it's merrited further than level 1, which makes me swing towards Dia. Slow 2 is tempting, but then I know several people with it @ 5/5, so theirs would be more efficient than mine anyway.
And I've debated lowering Paralyze for a long time, but I haven't got round to testing proc rate yet for 1 and 2.

I think the only job I have with capped buffer now is Ninja. Irony.
Very unefficient MP wise though, having to recast every 30 seconds. I was going to merit it solely so it lasted 1 - 1:30, which is usually always long enough for most zergs. I'd consider a Dyna Lord that lasted that long a wipe, and if a KV lasted that long I'd probably be dead already.

Inefficient, yes. But it's a zerg, you can't burn 900+ MP in 1 minute if you tried. Aside from Chainspell.
But yea I'd go with Dia in your situation. I only chose Bio3 is because it overwrites everything else and it does 8/tic damage, which is nice when kiting things.
Very. My friend has his at 5/5 and when we duo Ix'Aerns, he does all the Bioing, I do all the Phalanxing. Best of both worlds!

Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
