No can do. Today is eggs, bacon, and biscuits for dinner.

Maybe hash browns if I feel like shredding potatoes.

talked to the loan lady today, she thinks i can qualify but wants me to get another credit card cuz i only have 1 line of credit :|

Does she, by chance, want you to get a credit card with her bank/organization?

Because you should be doing absolutely nothing that will ding your credit before applying for your home loan. Yes, it hurts your credit score to have minimal credit accounts. But dinging your score before you apply for big loans is usually a no-no.

No she didn't suggest to get a c.c with her bank/organization. Her concern was that since I have one line of credit it has a high chance to be perceived as risky to the mortgage company. But she does believe I shouldn't have a problem qualifying with that extra line of credit.

Anywho I got the housing contract and I'm going through it now. Going to put the earnest payment down tomorrow:O

Hrm. Like I said. I get it in theory, but everything I've ever read states that you should not do that. Ah well. Whatever gets you what you need. Take luck!

once they are actually finalizing your loan you don't want to buy anything with credit. a new credit card would ding him slightly on a credit check, but a new line of credit would boost him via "available credit". i think it's silly to suggest overall since a new credit line with no history wont do much. would also take a month or two for it to impact the score. ask them if you can show a payment history on something like a cellphone, car insurance, or rent at other places. anything that shows a consistent payment history. they legit checked with geico when i got my house to show like 10 years of on time payments. anything helps the mortgage company feel more comfortable is a win for you.

At this point I think it's safe to assume they all died.

We may need to begin rebuilding our government and populace.

I've always just left it to Nik or Meshi. Due to the way my office orders early so they have time to prepare our large order, I had to be thinking about my Ritual Chinese Snackrifice way back at breakfast time.

About an hour West-Southwest of Philly.

Pretty darn close to Meshi, I think?

Also, about 3.5-4 hours East-Southeast of me.

I really should try to convince my office to adopt Chinese Wednesday as a weekly holiday. They love food days anyway (we seem to have one every two weeks) I don't think they'd mind the idea of ordering in some Chinese.

Actually... I could see it being super easy to convince a bunch of them because it seems like everyone is cozying up to me lately...

... ***now I'm getting paranoid that I'm gonna be put on something I don't wanna be. >.>

"Good idea! Let's all order Chinese!"

*everyone looks at Spath*

I suggest right now you start keeping a lot of small bills at your desk on Wednesdays. No one brings singles. No one.
