I blame it on 15 years and 2 kids,I dont feel like whining about it to him because I dont feel like making him feel bad. It would be like pointing fingers while Im probably partially the problem ... if that makes sense.

I'm at 12 years and 3 kids V, that's no excuse. Your needs are important enough to warrant a conversation, placing blame isn't the direction any adult should go in that situation either. It's really none of my business, but at least bring up the conversation, because he can't be happy with that arrangement either unless he's banging a co-worker.
I'll drop the subject if you'd like, but I feel your pain as someone with some self-worth issues too. Idk

Idk Damn now I think about it, we're like always working (sure I have my laptop to post meaningless posts on forums and to poke the occasional mob on XI) but our days are like this: Wake up at 7, get the kids ready to go to school, breakfast. 8.30 work starts 15.30-15.45 if we're lucky we get to have lunch here and pick up the kids, drive them to whatever afterschool ***they have going. 17 get back to work till...last night was 23h. I usually go straight to bed after work and he watches tv till half past midnight (I dont know how he does it 6 hours and a half of sleep I'd be like a zombie if I'd do that every day) Sure sometimes there is a calm day, then I make some time for myself (aka household) but he just always works even on his day off, which makes me feel bad cause I'm not, very annoying ><) With having said this, most couple I know who do what we do... they end up breaking up, I get why though. Maybe its just me. There's one constant in my whole relationship and thats that I always have to take initiative. I just hate that, makes me feel very unwanted tbh (I have some serious selfesteem issues, I used to do some pretty messed up ***cause of it(still do sometimes when I'm not feeling well)). so throughout the years I kind of stopped taking initiative and its grown into this weird thing where we're more like best friends then an actual couple. I tell myself I dont care cause thats just less painfull and imagine there are alot of couples who have it worse then us and that I'm whining about nothing. ...End of uncoherent rant

if i was the guy in the situation... i would say go with random ***. you would definitely get my attention. you are right though. there are probably couples who have it worse. however, i always say everything impacts people differently. you can't just say "it's not a big deal". if it's something that impacts you, you have to address it. even if it's hard (blah blah innuendo). you can say it's whining about nothing, but it's gotten to the point it's even a small bit of an issue. the longer you go, the more of a thing it becomes. worse case scenario there's an awkward conversation. best case scenario there's an, 'sorry you didn't feel loved sex'. that eye contact passionate get modded etc etc. sound like you have love. do the maintenance to keep it working properly.
