So, I tried to look up "gluten free air", to make fun of all the goddamn labeling of items that don't actually have gluten in them in any event. Which leads me to the following question:

What the heck is an airfryer?

They're basically roasters. Toss your food in a small amount of oil/fat and bake it, basically. You can do it with your oven all the same, they're just a little faster. I do it a few times a week at least. I can make a baked french fry that will compete with most chain places fried stuff except maybe Five Guys. Those five dudes have their ***together when it comes to fast food.

If you want to lose weight, stop eating deepfried food ffs, morons!

Eat fewer calories period. Fried, raw, "all natural," "organic," "non-GMO," whatever the ***.

Eat less of everything. You lose weight.

I like 'em. *shrug*

Or at least I used to. I haven't had them for about three years.

Edit: I did have a burger there over the summer while on a trip that wasn't quite as good as I remembered it, but I just blamed that on finding some really, really good burger joints in my area.

Oh yeah. I bust out the Dutch oven I can make some truly righteous fries.

But...that's not exactly low-cal.

I don't lol, but it isn't my first experience with headaches in general

I've grown attached to my 4-10 hour migraines

But I'm not sure what's worse, a migraine or the minor headache I had that lasted about a month

I don't know if coffee has much to do with it, I started getting headaches before I consumed much caffeine and sometimes I'll go days without drinking much caffeine. Not that I haven't had a headache due to my caffeine consumption, which is usually one coffee or energy drink in the morning and then a soda (usually coke zero) with my meals

My mother also suffers from getting lots of migraines, and I think I may actually have similar triggers for mine, though I haven't completely figured it out

They occur at seemingly random times and come with the nausea that usually accompanies migraines

I typically experience a migraine at least once a week, but usually I get around 3 a week. I've had weeks where I get one every day and sometimes I won't get one all week.

The worst part about migraines is that I can't enjoy anything while having one, it's either I'm miserable doing whatever I'm doing or sleeping.

I occasionally use something called BC Powder, which is basically crushed aspirin and caffeine powder, and it gets rid of some of my headaches in minutes, or I'll use excedrin if I'm out of powder or if they're really bad. These things work like half of the time, other times they basically do nothing.

I believe my month long headache was caused by a minor blow to the head

Maxalt can be helpful. See a neurologist maybe, especially with that history of head injury.

Still. Related or not, chronic migraines aren't a joke (as you've related already) and can really *** up your day and the day of those who had plans of doing anything with you, to boot.

-- spoken as the husband and stepson of migraine sufferers, who has cancelled a lot of plans on family's behalf due to migraines. I don't begrudge them that, they can hardly help the issue. But still. For your sake and theirs both.

Yeah I probably should see someone about it

I'm just a little worried that the cause may be something ironic, like eating gluten
