Yea Gilgamesh will have ppl leveling and for beseiged we have our moments. They tend to get lazy and let the JP do it. I find ppl more fun there and social ls's there are either new and most are in eg shells. I'm gonna start playing on there more soon as I get my 2 mules from ramuh.

Umeshu isn't a bad dyna either, they do shouts alot. I want to get back on with dynamis but I have school tues night so I can't make it.

Lots of us are not so pimped out, but as long as you can play your job well is what counts for us to me.

Umeshu does runs on Wednesday and Sunday night. I believe the times are 7.30pm CST(WED) and 8.30 CST(SUN). Admittedly, the only thing I know about is the Lot1 and Lot2 thing. I don't know if there's a hidden Point system or anything.

I don't want to say anything about the Pimp gear subject due to my lack of time on this server, but it's nice to be normal among the people I've met, as opposed to feeling worthless constantly cause I don't have Blau Dolch or some other "Farmable" item.

Let the record show: Toufu hates farming!

On another note, I'm still puzzled by the idea of Brutal Earring on THF.

Still waitin' on someone to argue/state their opinion on this.

MOAR double attack, and yes i know thf doesnt have double attack but it gives you double attack at like a 3-5% rate soooooooooo more hits per round= faster TP = more dmg

edit wiki says 5% i was guessing 3-5%, but being 5% that means 1 in 20 swings will double attack. Not bad when you count dual wield bam that = 1 D.A. /10 rounds of attacks

I got lucky and got one of the 2 BLM drops. Thank god for 70+ free lots! Krizz raped everyone on his whm drop. No serious wipe just a couple BLMs not paying attention and got 2hr'd by ninja gob. I died once from a mass group of gobs I slept. Really for 24 people it was the smoothest dyna run I've been on.

I posted a response to what you said Urial, but it dropped after submitting. Just said my set is an INT booster, but if I went for ele skill and INT then I'd have AF gloves, ele torque and ele earring.

That logic makes sense. The only reason I'm puzzled is due to "Stacking" of effects. Does Double Attack proc first? If I'm going to merit Triple Attack (Raising the assumed rate to ~10%) I don't want to lose out on it proc-ing vs Double Attack.

That nin gob 2hr'd and used frypan or something like that I think.

My only death was trying to keep the tank PT's WHM alive. She still died. I shouldn't have bothered. Would've given me a 0 death run.

Next week no dyna. At least that gives me some flexibility with rank missions and meriting. Doing Sandy 8-2 tonight.

IDK which procs first, but you obviously cant have a double proc, and the math to get a double proc would be so low you really wouldnt ever see it happen if you could.I'm assuming prc would be Triple over double but idk i cant exactly test it either.

Well during that time I'll need to be working on buffer and getting some merits so I can hopefully plan a future Genoob run for A-Hands.

If I remember, I'll ask our resident THF if he's tested it or knows anything concrete about it.

I also agree with Urial on the assumptions.

The end all, be all is: I don't want to get it just because "Most people do" or "We all think it's the best."

I'm sure it's the "best" for a reason, and I'd have no problem using it on anything else... It's the Triple Attack thing that's bugging me D:

And ahead of time, Thanks for the person that finds out. I'm browsing and not finding much.

Edit: Use-> get (Seeing as I don't have it :p)

Still damn sexy to have triple proc and then double proc right after on rare occasions.

Well I just adjusted my blu set. Dunno what to do about the earrings though. I only have enough gil to get potent belt and some left over for daily expenditures.

Also being thf, it'd proc more just because it has a higher percentage.

The way I see it, when you clock an attack, your /random is done to see if you multi-attack. If Double Attacks come before Triple, then I lose out on the possibility of Triple Attack. On the other hand, if Triple procs first, then I don't care. Then again, is it not also possible that they both proc, and the "better" is chosen?

This is why I remain puzzled <.<

Edit: Spelling and Grammar. In a party so my stuff is losing "Niceness"
