Nah this is some American bank, used to be Commerce I think. Regis Philbin did some ads for it.

Your day-to-day schedule sounds pretty inconsistent, so...

Also, how far out in the boondocks do you live?

I don't usually get to play games in the evenings anymore, which you do, right? Maybe a couple rounds of LoL once a month at the most, if I'm lucky.

EDIT: You plan your meal schedule during the weekend, have a deep freeze, and shop to your list for the week. Easy. Planning and organization.
freezing food defeats the purpose of buying fresh ingredients. I might as well just buy frozen food at that point like a veggie/pasta mix and throw it in the mic at work.

I live pretty remotely but our small town does have grocery options. I'm usually at work until about 11pm if I'm stuck covering, part of why I post here that late most nights. Some weeks are up to 110 hours per week but that's the extreme and not the norm.

and yeah I am single right now, only reason I can happily maintain this trying to save up gil lol

You only freeze the meat.

What a rip off to honor a check that the bank wrote out for $7.

They absorbed Commerce a while ago and I'm currently banking there until they get as bad as Bank of America, also known as the Bank of Satan.

Seriously, Bank of America is the pits.

Story below reminded me of those teens doing the human poop to get high. This however seems not as bad....

A dangerous trend?

WTOP's Lori Lundin reports.

Download

WASHINGTON -- There may be another new trend among teens looking for a buzz -- and it involves a very common personal item.

Teens refer to it as "Beezin,'" and it involves putting Burt's Bees lip balm on their eyelids, according to Richmond's WTVR. The peppermint oil in the product creates a tingling sensation.

Medical experts, including Dr. Brett Cauthen, of the Today Clinic in Oklahoma City, told WTVR that applying the lip balm to eyelids can cause swelling and symptoms similar to pink eye (or conjunctivitis).

Parents are advised to keep an eye on how their children are using the balm.

Teens do not get high from the lip balm application, but say it produces an interesting tingling sensation.

Some people are doing this when they are already drunk or high for entertainment.

That's a violation of banking laws. There is no fee in cashing a check at the banking institution it is issued from.

God! I'm an idiot today!

Taking into consideration the robo gab earlier and skimming Burt's Bees, I did not think it was the eyelids they were applying this to. My first thought was, "Pfft...Obviously they never tried it with mint Lifesavers! LOL! Dumb kids! Old news!"

Congrats, AH! You put my mind in the gutter today! Have a nice evening, all!

That actually works, though. Dangerous as hell, but it makes more sense than getting conjunctivitis just for the sake of a tingling sensation.

Some people we know let their dog have puppies and the runt isn't doing to hot, so they're letting my mom and I take care of him, since they don't have the time to at the moment.

He's so little, I was trying to think of a good name and Bean popped into my head.

Named him it after Ender's Shadow.

A good trick also is to show them how the CAD is worth more than the USD and then fudge some math that makes them think it's worth more than spot price ie: $19.50/ozt right now, but in Canada it's 1.1 x 19.5 = 21.45

"Oh yeah, that's right" as they nod in agreement. "$30 is a great deal, then."
