I'm still debating on whether I want a yard or not... I kinda want to move out to the suburbs so I'd have a basement/more room/yard... but then I would have to buy a car and I'd be spending more time getting to work/getting up earlier... plus I'd have to mow said lawn... but I really want a basement lol... I've been looking mostly in the city so far though for convenience... but man its ridiculous what you pay just for the location...

Yeah, many people have moved out of the city here and moved into the suburbs outside. The biggest drawback is traffic really. Our yard wouldn't be a major problem if it wasn't for the sever slopes. We have a spot that I can't cut with the mower. Have to take the weed eater to it. We do have an awesome basement area that we plan to turn into our little guys game/play room. Personally I love having a condo.
It's in the suburbs so I have a small back yard. Unfortunately no basement but I have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in a 2 story condo so it's more than enough for just me. I also don't have to mow said lawn since that's taken out of my HOA dues. Edit: But mowing isn't that bad. I go to my parents house and mow their lawn. They live on 7 aces 3.5-4 of it is grass with som crazy slopes but they got a new zero turn mower with a big deck so it still only takes 2.5 hours 3 if I weedeat...it was 7 with the old school riding mower...so much better xD Tmro it will be 2 days until Gunshy is here :O
