I recommend simple, but wholesome roast beef sammiches, with hvarti cheese (or whatever you got lying around), some lettuce, a light drizzle of honey mustard, pepper/salt to taste, a little butter on the bread, and a minute in the microwave.
For something bigger, chicken stirfry with vegetables and a side of rice or homemade mac n cheese is delicious, too.
I'm debating a roast.. but it's too late in the day, and I have to clean my dutch oven anyways.

Homemade mac & cheese with a nice piece of fish and some well steamed broccoli that is seasoned and dressed.

I only have Long Gui and Vercingetorix to go as far as I am aware, I should only need a few more hours farming CP before everyone is maxed out in all classes, I really can't see me going over 100 hours.

You have every single weapon? This takes a shitton of time because of the money required to farm the upgrades. It's ridiculous. On top of that, if you sold certain accessories earlier in the game, you cannot get them back and upgrade them, making Treasure Hunter impossible to get and requiring you to re-start an entire file to do it over again.
Edit: This is speaking from experience. I has 1000/1000. I'd rock my Serah gamerpic more if I didn't like Taokaka so much.
