It can be hard to quantify stuff like that and put it into perspective for dumb people Well our website has a catalog of items you can buy. So really, there is a definite sales number. The problem, without going into fine details, is that in my honest opinion, the site needs a 100% overhaul. It's designed HORRIBLY, aka it looks like it's from the 90's. I'm limited with what I can change. It's not shopper friendly in the least bit. The color scheme is ***. When viewed by a low resolution computer or a small screen, you basically have to scroll down a ton just to get past our top border, which hasn't changed in years since it is hard coded into the system. I'm going to work on SEO (search engine optimization) because we suck on that aspect. Information I need from the company to keep the site maintained is not provided to me, thus things are often incorrect, and customers lose trust on the site. The catalog of items is about 5% of the size, if that much, of the items in our store (there are reasons for that, but it can still be expanded).

The bigwigs won't waste time revamping the site because they're middle-aged white guys with sticky fingers Actually, the company is small. When I say 'my boss' I mean one of the 2 owners (who are husband and wife). So that's who I was talking to this morning lol.

I put in lots of hours getting the word out, and I get lots of booze in exchange. Plus the wife is smoking hot 40-something cougar.
