Hey everyone. I've been doing a ton of reives in Marjami, and have yet to see this backpiece. I've only done a few in Yorcia and haven't seen any backpieces myself, but some ls mates got ones different than what we have seen in Marjami.
Cutting to the chase, has anyone gotten this backpiece yet or know if it's specific to one of the 2 zones? Thanks =D

which zone did you get it from?
Marjami, its completely and utterly random because I spoke to someone who got one (PUP) in the other zone. Its probably to keep us busy and keep colonization % up?
I've got pup, sch and blm so far, the reduce overload effect is noticeable I did keep 3x wind maneuvers up for like 5 mins before overload.

Don't do the forums very often. and yeah there is buffoon's collar and artifact hands that reduce overload as well. Got drg and geo from Marjami Ravine so far. Based on other people's drops I think you can get all the capes from either zone randomly. I've been seeing about 5-7% drop rate.
Puppetry hands are nice, reduces overload rate and enhances maneuver effects, these along with Buffoons collar and with AF3+2 body for Maneuver macros is pretty sexy
