Cerberus checking in.... same problem. Was in Delve on a Toji run.... seems to be NA only. Was on skype with 4 NA players and it seems we were only ones to DC. JPs seemed to be ok.
Asura is having issues too lots of folks dcing left and right. I can't make use of the AH at all too.
