Spoile Sub Quotes When Quoting Someone

to avoid pyramid forming but still maintain and easy way to follow a ongoing "sub debate in a thread it would be nice that sub quotes get spoiler automatically

thats way the thread appear to have just the quoted post and the respons. but inside the spoiles is the full debate.

it makes for a combination of a nice thread to skim through without losing track if you stumble upon some "important" debate in the middle of a thread.

It's not a bad idea, but not sure how much of a pain in the *** it'd be to implement.

Javascript can easily replace [quote and [/quote with their spoiler counterparts, it can even handle the attributes of the [quote tag. It might not be a bad idea for them to do even, replace

{quote='Cerberus.Tikal' pid=2315605}

with {spoiler='Cerberus.Tikal' pid=2315605}

rather than just {spoiler} which JS can also do. Such spoilers could say "Spoiler (written by Cerberus.Tikal)" before you even clicked them to see what they said, or the author could be concealed til after they clicked spoiler.
