LS Registration

Since the Linkshell community is down and seems like it will be for a while.

I wanted to propose that Linkshell leaders (Shellholders, Sack holders) to be able to manually update their Linkshells through either here or through guildwork.

Or.

Have guildwork recognize your linkshell and update it here.
I don't know how hard it would be for guildwork to recognize a linkshell though.
