Not content to rest on their laurels as the foremost—and only—purveyors of custom dungeons in Vana'diel, the Moblin Maze Mongers have been working overtime on their latest Maze Voucher that will usher in a whole new subterranean adventure in the upcoming version update!

My Gobbie and I
With the new Maze Voucher, players will be able to participate in a new challenge in which they and a Goblin companion must maneuver their way through a maze teeming with fiendish foes. In order for your operation to be deemed a success, your comrade must survive the journey intact.

The Power of Gob
Have no fear, for this Goblin is no defenseless dunce! By defeating enemies that lurk in the maze, your companion will gain strength and grow into a formidable ally. Defend him from harm, but take care not to be overprotective—slay too many foes yourself, and you will find your Gobbie's growth as an adventurer stunted.

Gob of All Trades
Your Goblin companion will begin the quest with the "All-Rounder" job—well-balanced in a variety of skills, but master of none. By reaching Level 5 and fulfilling certain conditions, he will be eligible to switch to a more specialized position.

The career choices available to your Gobbie include the close-combat specialist "Walloper," the ranged attack marksman "Barrager," and the magic-wielding "Spellslinger." Each specialized job also comes with unique abilities, which your Goblin will unleash when the requisite conditions are met.

If you and your Goblin apprentice succeed in your mission, you can expect a whole slew of lavish rewards, including MMM's inaugural augmented items, special maze runes to customize your Gobbie's abilities, and much, much more!

So...Gobbie NPCs D:

Wow this is uber neat! Seems like an adventuring fellow for the marble maze :) I wonder how much time you will have with your gob to get the stage clear, and if you will keep the same goblin when you do other mazes

Very much agreed. Tried MMM. Got an eyepatch. yay. Was told stories of non-greatness revolving around the colleseum. And if ur not gonna give me gold choco's I'm not interested in anything beyond the choco stables.

I been doing MMM since it came out trying to get a Koggelmander and finally got it yesterday. I was like 1/20 on a full set tabuls as per wiki set up. WTF, the sword is cool but no way as cool as joytoy which so much easier to get for my rdm. so in that i say MMM epic failure :(

I've actually found MMM to be the most enjoyable of SE's latest minigames. I'll be the first to admit that the premises of chocoracing and Pankration were cool, but resulted in epic failure. But in MMM, you only need a group of 6, so it's a nice "/l Hey guys, wanna do something? MMM? Sure, got an hour or 2 to kill, meet you in Jueno" activity. The monsters range in difficulty from easy wins with me tanking on SAM/NIN to mobs that can crank it up to 11 and require some skill to kill. Not to mention choosing your music is a very nice touch.

The drops aren't guarunteed, but they're nowhere near rare. I mean God forbid you have to put in 10 hours work for a good weapon, not like you've ever done that anywhere else in the game... I've been on about 8 runs myself so far and gotten Ermine's Tail and Mamool Ja Mantle, as well as seeing runs with as high as 4/6 drops.

SE knows theres potential in MMM, and I think they'll keep updating it with new incentives and features until it becomes as popular as it should be.

I hate you, I'm 0/~12 on koggelmander, usually with TH4, and that's with super beefed up stats which makes that NM damn hard.
