There are people like this, I've seen a few. Just more violently. My cousin is Bi-polar so if he gets angry he bursts out like this but actually throws the shoe or punch the door. It sometimes can just make a person be that stupid but usually from crying too. It could be fake but then not be, he wouldv'e laughed at some point. Since the brother knows how his brother gets, he recorded it. So it could be real. who knows but either way its pretty pathetic and funny
