It has to do with the fact that the 5stp will get you to Rudra faster, while doing less white damage.

And that for THF, DA is devalued, *** me if I even try to explain the devaluation of DA for a THF though, that's been done, and I forget where.

Artificially adding another 5 STP is another 50 DPS increase.
Sam roll is epic, for racing to rudra.

Changing hunters roll to Sams roll... is a 12% DPS increase, seriously.
Fighter's is only a 7% increase.

Is this the reason why you have done Qaaxo Hands Path C? Is it a big difference from A?

Just gonna plunk this down right here, enjoy.

I didn't want to make a new post, so edited this one~

What food did you eat when fighting these NMs? I have always been a hardcore THF, and just got back into the game after a 1 month break and only whipped out Updated Rudras today. Highest Ive seen is 20K+ish on Dho Gates mobs. Maybe they just dont have enough HP since at 2000 TP+ they die instantly. My Gearsets are pretty similar to yours, just lacking all the JPs and Gifts you probably have.

Those 2 NMs take bonus damage under the right conditions, so the numbers you're seeing are not typical on regular enemies.

No, they don't, neither one.
The griff just happens to be a bird. And largantua takes extra SKILLCHAIN damage only.

No. It takes 30k+ from the jump. Everytime. Always.
50k at the start, 50k at the end. I only say 30+ cause some asscrack will argue about it and i've seen about all the stupid I can tolerate for 24 hours.

Got a Chaac Belt yesterday and tried Dynamis Bubu last night, 520 which is already my highest dynamis total (probably low compared to some of you I guess), that's my first run since I augmented my Atoyac with OAT and WSD 2%, been a while since I did Dynamis so I guess I forgot how much TP phase there can be, eventually it got to a point where I was procing > Rudra's > next mob.

520 in bubu is a really good score.

The only times i'm able to reach that many is when TE5 is in the orcish camp.

Otherwise 480-490 seems to be my limit.

When I get the TEs I always tend to wander down south to see if the 20min is down there then sort of go > Quadavs > Goblins > Orcs > Other Orcs if 20min wasn't south > Yagudo.

So you had been using Sandung, changed to Atoyac, and saw an improvement? /colormeshocked.

Well I got a chaac belt so I was using a superior weapon with the same level of TH so it's pretty obvious.

If I'd actually done Atoyac with TH7 it would have been a fairer test on whether or not the DoT from Atoyac would have netted overall more currency.

That was the point, I don't know how people could even pretend otherwise. The value of offhanding.

sandung is the best choice in any situation where your ability to deal damage is limited by the number of targets available to you

clearing a camp in 3.5 min instead of 4.5 min means nothing if the extra 60 seconds doesn't give you long enough to change camps, kill a mob, and return

honestly though with current rudra's i wouldn't be that surprised if offhanding a kraken and foregoing multihit for stp was the best dynamis setup atm(operating under the assumption rudras one shots your targets and you would never kill a mob with solely white damage unless you hold tp)

Most of us still sometimes have trouble proc'ing mobs even with the Steps update, and have to turn to proc or move on (especially on EP tier). It's obvious Valli's Nightmare mobs come pre-processed and all line up for him, like cows going into the slaughter house

Just because you are unobservant doesn't mean you need to feign ignorance if you don't understand its mechanic.

So true. Most times RS rarely comes into play because I tp them dead to fast and have to turn to try to proc. On DC mobs its not horrible though.
