It's the additional haste. 23% in pillager, 25% in quia.

They both have 6% haste. <.<;

No, read what I posted, Quiahuiz now has 8% haste (it's augmented).

Armor - HP+30 MP+30, Physical/Magical Damage Taken-2%, Haste+2% Snapshot+2%
Armor - Attack+10, STR+8, Ranged Attack+10

Choose 1 Augment from each list; all WKR 115 armors (and weapons)

Ok, I don't understand how you get Quiahuiz Trousers psrsing better than Pillager's Culottes +1, unless you're /war on all your fodder content.

Quiahuiz seem to be coming -2 to +4 DPS for me unbuffed, depending on what kind of content I'm fighting. Trivial fodder like Dynamis has Pillager's being better. Less trivial, with high but uncapped attacked, and capped dDex is where I have Quiahuiz coming out ahead(as you mentioned, only if you're /WAR, /DNC seems to make them even at best). Anything harder where you're benefiting from accuracy on Pillager's starts to bring Pillager's back into the lead.

Edit: Didn't notice the uncapped haste without Quiahuiz in your set because I don't use Skadi. That would do it too, obviously.

Just posting what I found, with the settings I set. Pillager's give 422 DPS where as the Quia (With new Augments) gives 430 DPS.

It's basically 2% haste vs the crit damage, and haste wins on paper.

Yeah, see, if you use thaumas and pillager's it's 420DPS. Using Skadi+1 gets you 10DPS more than thaumas. And uncaps your haste, so then Quia makes up for it.

It's set for straight up solo, with nothing but haste samba on. No steps no bolts etc.

Significant update to all spreadsheets for the new TP formulas. It could potentially upset certain DW vs other options choices. Would suggest checking it out to see if there are any notable build differences.

While you're at it small detail, but max merits still counted as 12, cannot be changed to 15 str/dex etc.

Figured you'd want to know.

So thanks to montenten for showing me the free/ripoff version of excel, I got my answer. Most of the stuff I actually use thf for it's capped str/att even solo, so these ended up being best, figured I'd post em for the hell of it.

430 DPS 25% haste best result I could get for soloing fodder stuff.(8 str 2 haste augs on 115), fun fact, you still cap haste w/o body so this set is pretty hot for arrapago salvage lol~
ItemSet 325105
And evisceration 4987 Damage (8 STR 2 haste augs on 115)
ItemSet 325140
Exenterator 4513 (anything 115 that you augment with agi would be better, but that's a rare augment indeed to choose over str.)
ItemSet 325143

Shouldnt rancorous in tp set and 8 dex on Uk' cap come out ahead on fodder?!

Just kinda curious about you putting gorget over Nefarious Collar on Evisceration, has BGwiki's info on it's fTP been updated? Because it's listed still as 1.0 fTP on Evisceration.

Would gorget beat Nefarious Collar at that low a bonus?

Just posting what the spreadsheet says is best. Like I said, every piece is MAYBE 10 damage better than the second best piece, but best is best, inch or a mile. Every step up or down, only ended up being a <1% increase/decrease, it is fodder after all.

As for the Uk cap with Dex, putting DEX on the cap is not an option, the only augs that matter is STR, unless you specifically play one job you can optimize, and I cannot. STR matters as soon as you do anything that isn't fodder, and like most I need STR on the uk cap to be Best on Smite for "real" content.

STR doesn't matter on fodder, so, yes, dex would be better, but if you dex aug it, then you can't have str on it for Vsmite, or any of the other ws's you use. Giving Uk cap 8 DEX would infact make an 80 ish damage increase, so if you can aug yours with dex instead of str, go for it~

If you can find something better, post it! But actually try it yourself and answer your own questions, montenten gave the name of the program to run the spreadsheet for free, it's very simple to just plug and play.

I made the sets with solo in mind, so that rancor would not be in tp sets, since that's a waste of tp for healing. I know its a MINOR damage increase, but the gain is also minor. Wasted tp on healing is wasted tp not wsing, rancor pieces with 2boxes or trusts, totally worth it though.

You need someone like monten to explain why exactly gorgets are good. I can tell you why, and I can show you why, but he is a math wizard and can show you infallible evidence why.

EDIT: Went back and I changed one thing I forgot about last night, damned cavaros mantle lol. Evis @ 5038 now.

So many edits now that the sheets cover 15 merits, instead of 12... evisceration is only about 500 average damage above exenterator on trivial from what I got, so it's not MILES better, but 10% is good enough of an excuse to drop exenterator from your merits. And stacked Rudra's... is absurd. 8506 vs 5k Evis Stacked stroke @about 7971.

How much +crit rate did you have in your TP set?

Max crit rate without any gear or Ionis bonus would be 25% (assuming you've merited crit rate to 5/5). Last info I had on Ionis was a 2% crit rate, though that might have been the Minor version; don't remember now.

Also for anyone curious, Atoyac OAT is about a 40 DPS loss vs Izhiikoh even on trash mobs, if you did Crit and OAT it's only about 20 DPS behind.

If you lack mandau;
Izhiikoh/Sabebus C - 407
Izhiikoh/Sandung - 395
Izhiikoh/Eminent - 389.984
Izhiikoh/Atoyac OAT/crit - 389.863

Any chance you could drop Sabebus A/B in there? Thanks!!

Something wrong as hell, talking to him right now about it...

Ok so, after getting that straightened out... Atoyac is actually good. <Depressing
Obviously fodder, where the combat skill is mostly irrelevant.

But here;
Mandau/Atoyac - 433.768
Mandau/Izhiikoh - 430.728
Mandau/Sabebus C - 417.093
Izhiikoh/Atoyac - 413.768
Mandau/Sandung - 408.359
Izhiikoh/Sabebus C - 407.596
Izhiikoh/Sabebus A - 406.250
Izhiikoh/Sabebus B - 406.250
Izhiikoh/Sandung - 395.409
Izhiikoh/Eminent - 389.984

For fodder ***, sabebus ABC are all pretty much identical. only the DA+ has any value, STR att acc DEX even food, all moot points.

On fodder it actually didn't matter, capped crit rate, so technically WSD is better... and WSD is what I chose, as it's now best in slot for RNG.

But yeah, I'd pick crit+ if it weren't for RNG.

I feel the need to say, this Atoyac, is awesome.

It's basically the same DPS as the izhiikoh, and the WSD is just icing for SAWS.

Even Evisceration is doing more spikes even up to 7k on gears in Arrapago, that never happened with izhiikoh. FFXImath, it's crazy.

I was impressed till I saw the Izhiikoh main hand, higher base damage by 17. Of course your ws is going to be better. And that had to be SA DE... I would assume anyway.

And according to this http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Category:Gears

It has no piercing weakness, maybe they forgot though.

Be grateful. Saw you had a hard time hitting that 7k, so I ran into salvage to try and help you out.

No steps/bully+SA/AC/etc.

Honestly, I don't think I could have done it without my amazing offhand. I encourage everyone to go try it out.

I did hit a 7.6k earlier, but I saw that you didn't like the Izhiikoh, so redid it with the Mandau. I hope you like it. Aren't crit WSs fickle like that?

And gears are piercing weak.
