Nashira Manteel or:

Praeco Doublet

This is for Stun, Drain, Aspir as /BLM not really for /DRK and the Absorb series but I suppose the same recommendations will work for those too.

Your main skill will trump, so sub doesn't matter. Int is not a terribly crucial component to dark magic potency.
