RPG wise, I highly recommend Final Fantasy IV, as it's a unique version, allowing you to reget all party members at the end of the game, with new dungeons, party swapping, gear etc. Final Fantasy V for it being better than the PS1 version and Final Fantasy VI also is a good choice. Tales of Phantasia, solid game, but it's a bad port for the GBA. Sword of Mana if you liked Secret of Mana, obviously the Pokemon games, my recommendation being Fire Red/Leaf Green, wasn't a fan of the others, but there's Ruby/Sapphire if you care. The 3 Castlevania games, Circle of the Moon, Harmony of Dissonance and Aria of Sorrow, all solid action/RPG, same goes for Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission. If you care for DBZ, the Legacy of Goku games are surprisingly fun (NOT the first game, AVOID).

Strategy games, definitely try Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis. Final Fantasy Tactics Advance isn't bad either. I can't recommend Onimusha Tactcis, but you can check it out. Fire Emblem also is decent.

Fighting, Street Fighter Alpha 3 is a surprisingly good port and again, DBZ, Supersonic Warriors is pretty fun.

That should keep you busy for a while.

The Holy Trinity of GBA RPG's, imo.
Other handheld RPG's simply cannot beat them.

FF Tactics Advance sucks. Couldn't stand the HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE judge system. Play FF Tactics for the PS1 or the PSP. I also recommend Fire Emblem and Tales of Phantasia which is already mentioned. Tales of Phantasia for the PS1 with English translation is way better than the GBA or the SNES version. If you plan on playing any of the Final Fantasy ports get the sound patch.

Lufia The Ruins of Lore
Shining Force Resurrection of Dark Dragon
Super Robot Wars OG 1 and 2

Didn't really care for Golden Sun but Riviera was awesome. Almost makes me want to play again but I already have way too many RPGS I'm currently playing.

The WarioWare: Twisted! cartridge has a built-in gyro sensor and rumble feature (for feedback during rotation). Most of the microgames are played by rotating the entire handheld device.

Grand Theft Auto Advance
WarioWare Twisted
The Minish Cap

These and the Megaman Battlenetwork Series.

1 Was good
2/3 were super good
I think 4 was good, Once they moved away from "Styles" it kinda god bleh.. I loathed the CombineSystem in one of them (Where you gain the power of other navi's)

Megaman BattleNetwork series isnt for everyone, but I loved the Sh*t outta them

I remember one of the battle series i would spend hours upon hours trying to get heat guts style. I also used wood shield alot and it's how i beat gospel and bass.

They should take priority over The Minish Cap too.
