You'll probably have more luck for your buck offering 1.5M for the beard, and 4.5M for the egg. People can still make several mil selling E-body from Nid, so if you find the right person I wouldn't be surprised if you could find a beard for 1-2M. In contrast, the egg is really the only thing of value from Aspid, so you'll need to be willing to offer a bit more.
