Looking for a social linkshell with a good few members on GMT for myself, my husband and 2 friends, any and all help in finding one would be much appreciated.

The largest GMT social linkshell I know of on Fenrir is Europa, which is led by Havster. They don't do events (other than ad-hoc organised by members) and might be the sort of thing you are looking for. The other main EU social shells have fallen away over time, such that I don't really know which are the other main ones, now. I know CDC (CoolDudesChillin) has a few EU members. Hope that helps.
