Neo Salvage Gear For DNC?

Opinions and perspectives on these from a DNC view? Only had a quick look at work but looks like I can +1 my Skadi feet and get rid of Tandava at least. All I'm seeing on quick forum posts are folks raging that Salvage 2.0 gear is awful. Looks like some of it is at least side grade, some improvement, ect...
