since you can now use fudo with amano, the tradeoff of losing the 20str and better aftermath are kinda eclipsed by amano's accuracy and advantage in fights where am3 isn't realistic. if you had to choose one or the other to 119, amano is probably the better choice right now. if you don't need the accuracy, you're probably using tsurumaru anyway.

edit: that's of course depending on x-hits and buffs.
