WHere are the Pirates?!
Have anyone else having trouble getting a Pirates attack on Selbina/Mhaura ferry? I have spend over 18 hours, over the past 3 days and still nothing! I just need a stupid Sand Charm, and this is very frustrating indeed.
You obviously don't have enough booty to warrant a pirate raid.

Yea I have checked and rechecked that page so many times as I waiting for 15 mins each time the ship docks..what else?

When I was doing this quest a few months ago, it took about 15 days of ~10 hours of camping each day to get the first pirate attack, but I had horrible luck, just keep on camping it and you will see them eventually. Find something IRL to distract you from the boring boat rides/waiting to depart.
Try a different boat. Skip the next boat ride and take the next. Seriously, I had the same problem but my mule was on one boat and I was on another and he would get pirates more often.
They appear when the weather on board is foggy. They will not appear after a certain amount of time has passed on the boat ride but I don't know how long that is.
Fishermen looking for pirate attacks will warp out after a while and take the next boat. This makes for far less waiting between boats. I suggest looking at fishing threads or posting in the fishing forum here. Best of luck. I was just fishing on the ferry yesterday around the full moon and pirates attacked 2 or 3 times. Blackbeard spawned once, but alas, no club for me. :(
