Don't know if its been mentioned, but Fenrir has a lotta good EU people.
Social (Europa) /tell havster, fairly large linkshell, nice people very good friendly atmosphere. People from all over europe Dynamis (Wabbits) /t javaa, very good and long established EU strong linkshell running at around 7:30 gmt thurs/sat There is also a few salvage ls's and limbus shells based around eu time aswell, if you msg any of the 2 above guys im sure they will be able to fill you in more anyway One thing that does appear to me is.. Phoenix is not the place for you if you want eu people (I could be wrong though!) Happy hunting ;)

There's a LS on Fairy (FairyUK, I believe) that caters to UK players, and I would assume (unless they're just mean lol), other EU players.
I've heard of that LS.
