If i saw these in China Town i would expect to pay 5 bucks, because they are the same quality Sanrio makes, which if your familiar... is cheap.

Got my pens & keychain just now, but yea the pens look pretty cheap. Turning into a goblin on a chocobo: priceless

How do the keychains look? :( I really wanted one but Im too lazy to wait 15 days.

to be honest the key chains look pretty neat. I have the windurst one and the design looks slick for its size.

I did and got no response, lol i saw it on norfolk navy base and left a note.

Does anyone know if they are restocking there products? I sent an email to the merchandise support people but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. They are all out of pens and key chains.

How to Register
Please follow the steps below to redeem the reward code and receive the item:

1) Log in to the Square Enix Account Management System, select “Select Services” from the side menu, select “FINAL FANTASY XI,” and then select the “Add a service account” button.

2) Follow the onscreen instructions to enter the reward code and select which FINAL FANTASY XI character will retrieve the item.

3) After registration, log in to FINAL FANTASY XI with the character you selected and go to any of the three starting nations to retrieve the item from a Festive Moogle.
• The Festive Moogles will be placed near Mog Houses in the following areas:
Port San d’Oria (J-9), Windurst Walls (C-14), Port Bastok (J-13
• You can retrieve the item from a Festive Moogle in any area.

They're going to wait until 7 PM to deliver mine apparently.

Edit: Nevermind. 4 minutes after my post the doorbell rang.

The Keychains are really clean and sturdy, i've had the Bastok keychain for about 2-3 years now, or whenever they were released.
Every time i give my keys to someone for valet or something I see their reaction haha.

I answered my own question, posting this here for anyone wondering the same thing. Typical responce.

My pen set took about a week to clear holding procedures, something about toxic substances or whatever.
