Why would you want Ta'lab Trousers? Samnuha Tights from Teodor seem better.

I've actually started leveling COR and hit 99 with it yesterday because of the damage I saw someone pump out in SR. Been pretty lucky and have all of the SR COR applicable gear with mid to near perfect augs except for the Floral Gaunts (+11 R.Acc, 1TA). Still need the 2 useful trusts eh.

Kind of hate myself though because of the WKR COR gear I've chucked and have to re-farm.

Since Aeolian Edge is the most usefull AoE ws we got on COR, I though it was important to notice that you can use Animikii Bullet for Magic Melee WS.(don't know if someone talked about before), it's a free MAB/MAcc+30.

Which stones have you guys had the best luck getting +WSD% with on Doomsday? I went through a bunch of Leafslit+1 and Leaftip+1 with no luck. Also ended up with some augs which aren't listed for Leaftip according to the BG page such as +Magic Burst Damage. Slightly paranoid I might not be using the right stones.

Don't forget: there's always a chance you will get a 'bad roll' on an augment and get something outside of the list of augments from that stone.

It happens. Play the RNG game and be overjoyed when you DO hit that WSD+%

Wow really, I've gone through a fairly large amount of stones for BST and don't think I've ever seen an augment outside of the list attached to the Orb types.

It's not, though. That model has also been in the game for perhaps as long as the mythic itself.

And they both looks very cool *excitement*

"Ranged Accuracy+27 Magic Accuracy+15 "Magic Atk. Bonus"+14 Magic Damage+108" O_O, that sword is designed for COR !

I think it is just wrong that COR is the first job to have a mythic model reused.

"New items have been added"
This makes me furious tbh.

On a first superficial examination I'd say we got a new magic neck, a double use waltz-utsu jacket, an excellent ranged earring, a good sword and a DP ripoff that gives me the rage of all the Ephramadian souls drowning in the last battle of Arrapago.

edit: oh and we can sub Voidstorm now!

I think the stats on that gun make me angrier than the reskin (though that's pretty infuriating too).

I never thought I'd say this, but SE was quite nice to COR in this patch.

An MAB mainhand upgrade that still doesn't have the punch of throwaway weapons for jobs that need it less, and a DP look-alike that is a slap enough in the face to DP owners whether it's an good or not.

A few other slight upgrades.

So we get a marginal upgrade (imperceptible in the grand scheme compared to other present jobs) in our current numbers, but nothing that actually makes us better in the grand scheme.

And yet, all of this would be forgivable if many of our buffs, while still "good," didn't pale epically in comparison to a job with an inferior hat!

This falls in "don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining" territory, frankly.

Edit: Sorry if I'm totally being sour grapes, I'm just full of disappoint and sad about the way corsair has been treated in the grand scheme since the end of the Voidwatch era.

I'm really curious if that gun is the new sinister weapon they promised. If it is... Sweet Christ the augments are going to be even more insane.

It's tagged as rare so it's not a Sinister Reign weapon. Where did they promise we were going to get one?

I missed that it was rare, whoops. On mobile. I'm pretty sure I saw it mentioned on the BG forums in the developer discussion thread.
