With full buffs, and day/weather bonus, I've heard it tops 20k at 3000 to, with a DP. Without, 10k+

Actually, can do higher than that!

Finally got myself a blood mask tonight (1/2 on synth ) and so far got AGI+5 MACC+3 QD recast-3 (on second synergy try) thanks to Shinato who did both the mask and synergy for me. I'm still missing wukurrate boots (sp??) as they refuse to drop for me. I've been doing a few 11K leaden salute with vanir gun @ 3000tp and my current gear.

Tried out the new Quick Draw magic damage+ job point category. It seems to behave as expected, like normal magic damage from gear (added to base damage from weapon+bullet).

One difference is that it doesn't seem to ignore the bonus from Death Penalty like normal magic damage+ gear does.

So for DP users the formula looks like:

[(weapon+ammo damage)+(magic damage from job points)]*1.6 + (magic damage from gear)

(and then multiplied by MAB, day/weather bonus)

Only tested with 1 job point, I'll double-check later with more upgrades in that category.

I thought you can augment them, so it's hard to tell whether it's just a new bland gun or not.

But no dagger/sword :(

Still waking up, digesting data. My bad on that conclusion; jury's still out. Doesn't really matter though; I'm close enough to Death Penalty that I won't be spending time/money augmenting a gun, more than likely.

No dagger/sword is still a major disapointment.

Slapped MAB19 on my Doomsday.

I'll still use my R15 Pulfanxa, and if I had a Vanir Gun the doomsday wouldn't change anything yet. Maybe if it's +1/+2'd in the future?

First question would be: do we know the entire pool of augments and range of them?

Just go with the strongest ratk you can get that way it would have at least 1 use(Last Stand when melee).

Cause it sucks majorly for shooting(680 wtf), doesn't beat DP for Leaden obviously, and neither Arma, Vanir or even Deathlocke for WF...leaves only one option to put that high D to good use.

Just got back from a long break, what's the best piece for Wildfire/Leaden these days? I had a Pandinus Beret, and I took a cue from the COR GearSwap and started using a Wayfarer's Circlet. Does 1 Magic Attack still = 2 AGI? Would Lanun +1 head be better?

They simply don't beat the alternatives. Obis specifically are a huge boost when they apply.

You can get WSD+10% AND high D from skrimish gun though, which should make it better for melee TP WS. So the only advantage of Doomsday for melee TP is the melee stat on gun.

Without a very deep research cause it's almost 3 am, it seems that a Doomsday with DA should beat Hgafircian with ws+ for melee+LastStand(and should be also easier to get since new skirmish augments are much more manageable than old ones..), and you can also put a second augment on it.

Tried several melee stat like DA or STP on doomsday, couldn't get it to beat WSD+10% skirmish gun in situations I'd use lasts stand.

I used Tojil as target with common full party buffs, Doomsday with DA+3% only beats Hgafircian with D+11 and WS+10% by about 3 dps; if you add to it that Doomsday can get a second augment, and that augmenting Hgafircian with what you want is extremely difficult...easy choice.

One of our spreadsheet broken? O.O

Still can't get Doomsday to beat Hgafircian +2, only used WSD+10% on Hgafircian, but DA+3% and rattk+15 on Doomsday.

Augmented Uk'uxkaj Cap gives 2 more AGI than Lanun +1 (31 vs. 33) if you're willing to give up the other possible augments.
