pretty sure im missing a few low level blu spells that might have + agi but the best i could set was

91+8 agi and MAB I trait /blu

vs

94agi mab II /blm
91agi mab II /rdm

just looked at the list and im missing refueling(+2) and stinking gas (+1)

footkick/smiteofrage/chaoticeye/mysteriouslight/refueling/stinkinggas
+ soundblast is 18 blue magic points

soooooooo 102 agi & 20 mab vs 94agi and 24mab /blu vs /blm

That falls into pretty dangerous, per-target/gearset territory ^^;

the other traits you can set below lv49 on blu are garbage so thats about all it boils down to q_q

/blm gets warp though

in (wildfire) VW, /BLM all the way

/rdm has access to more sword ws and daggers ws.

I personally go for /blm for warp.

When people ask for D2 they get a prompt "<{Instant Warp}> <{Where}>?" as I warp myself, but I'm an *** like that. :)

My mithra with ideal gear, no buffs(for /blu there are no useful traits, therefore I just set MAB and agi spells)
/blm: 2532
/rdm: 2511
/blu: 2522

As we can see, blu is very close to blm and better than rdm.
As we lose mab blm pulls ahead, while as we lose agi or add mab(atmacites)blu comes closer till surpassing(not by much) blm with full buffs and atmas.

Love this thread, not sure if mentioned, but the store tp build for armageddon only nets 24.8
Uhm, please correct where I fault:
14.5+[(822-530)*(3.5)/470]
14.5+[(292*3.5)/470]
14.5+[1022/470]
14.5+2.1
16.6

So need 51 store tp to 4hit without sam sub(disregard the gearset I'll fix that later, first I wanna learn if I got something wrong in this calculation).

16.6+[16.6*(51/100)]
16.6+[16.6*0.51]
16.6+8.4
25

/BLU has 8 more AGI than /BLM, but 4 MAB less, for WF dmg it's about equal, one can be lower or higher than another depending on atmacite/enemy/buffs etc.

But /BLM also boosts QD dmg, so it's a bit stronger IMO. But higher AGI from /BLU also has higher acc for TP/QD/WS etc.

Spell wise:
/BLM gets stun and lol D2

/BLU gives cocoon and auto-regen/attack bonus/defense bonus and some killer job trait for certain mob

this is right.. but you forget that you need also STP in Wildfireset to 4 Hit (WF + 3 hits)
your most-ideal WF set has 0 Store TP (without /sam and not counting the Rosestrap you couldnt switch in, but wouldnt change much without /sam) so this WS will give you 16,6TP (i think?) the Store-TP set is 56 Store TP atm if i am not mistaken, so you get 25.8 TP
16.6 +3*25,8=94TP

with /sam you are already overshotting on store TP. For the StoreTP set should define if /sam or not. With your posted set i think you need 37 Store TP in WS Set (without /sam)

I know the set was overshooting, that was beyond the point though, I also corrected the explanation.
I didn't account for post ws tp, so thanks for pointing that out @.@

Off days obviously higher AGI wins? O.O

Or you mean on right days? O.O

Athos win, but by a very small margin(and I mean it, it's like less than 10 damage difference).

That is on matching days, obviously Alruna win otherwise.

Was hoping the int had some factor. I know 2 int = 1 mab is false, but there's no fINT for wildfire?

Edit: Seha actually has all this info in the guide posts. It's accurate as given. Check it out. The only INT that comes into play is the target's.

Correct. Both WF and QD cannot crit, therefore the enmity-2, even though small, is an improvement to Hecate's.

Fair enough, but for space and money-saving alone I'll stick with Hecate's.

Can anyone post a screen shot of blood Cuisses with magic attack bonus?

BG wiki only has magic defense listed and that's all I'm getting as well on my augments besides fast cast and stats.

Thank you!

Yeah screw that, ambusher's until I get some thaumas.

In other news, finished my armageddon two days ago and finally got to test it out on akvan last night. Was landing constant ~3000 with a spike to 3500s and 3717. Also had a few 1500s which I assume were resists. I usually gave myself lucky/11 wizard rolls as well.

What causes the spikes? I read that wildfire cannot magic critical hit, is this true? Only thing I can think of is the changes in voidwatch where staggering weakens the mob for a duration.

How do I reduce my resist rate besides the obvious more agility? Do fireshots increase fire magic accuracy or just extra damage from AF3+2 boots.

Did my best to fireshot before wildfires but I got a few "no effect", is this from magic shield or resisted quick draws? I was trying out store tp with my quick draws for tp boosts but if I'm being resisted I will leave some more AGI on.

Sorry for all the questions but this thread really helps me and no veteran CORs in my linkshell XD

WF doesn't crit, the low spectrum are resists, the highs are unresisted, possibly boosted by Fire shot or Firaja, and like you said the new weakness system might also be into play if you saw it goign higher as hp got down.

Akvan's shield unlike Pil's, cannot be penetrated and it's complete magic immunity, so that's what stops your Quick Draw from landing.

So a resisted quick draw is just low damage not failing to land? Besides light and dark shots.

At least wildfire penetrates Akvan's magic shield hehe
