I use the Xbox app's Game DVR, and record using Win+G. I'm on Win10.

What software do people use to record videos from ffxi? If it's accessible and free, I'll be happy to do a video or two.
Windower can work, but personally I use OBS: https://obsproject.com/
It's free, lots of options, great for live streaming (but can be used for non-live content).

Which T1s are you looking to solo? There was a good discussion on soloing Reisenjima T1s on BLU in this thread: http://www.ffxiah.com/forum/topic/48462/farming-reisenjima-stones-on-blu/
Herculean hands, legs, and boots should be easily soloable during this campaign. Once the current Trust re-raise campaign is gone the Herculean Gloves will be tougher to solo, but still doable.
There isn't much to the strategies that would require a video over just the basic description. For Belphegor, Blank Gaze away his Memento Mori. For Selkit, summon Balamor. (or any Trust whose auto attacks count as TP moves, like Teodor) For Taelmoth, have more than one tank to sacrifice to Azure Lore. Other than the basic set-up, you just have to kill them fast. Belphegor is the easiest to solo, and doesn't even necessarily require you to zerg him down, so I'd start there. If you find yourself having issues landing Blank Gaze or killing him in a timely manner, (5-7 minutes is a decent pace) then you should probably re-evaluate your gear and try to improve yourself in other areas before trying to solo Herculean gear.
I'd like to try all the ones you just mentioned and I'm not sure if T2. I'll look that over and perhaps make an attempt. The videos would mostly be a to see how others play in these styles of solo. I don't normally solo anything that I'd deem difficult and also curious about acc requirements. I don't have much in the way of the Vorseals yet.

Spicyryan or someone may have some. I've never dabbled with capturing video. I did run across this Japanese BLU's youtube channel the other day though, with a bunch of NM solos with Trusts. Hard to read the log of course, but it might be interesting to watch anyway.
I'd second starting with Belphegor. Set Blank Gaze to dispel Memento Mori, and otherwise he's pretty simple.
There's little to be lost by just going and trying most of these fights. Sure, you might wind up face down - everyone does occasionally - but it's the best way to get a handle on where you're at in terms of gear and strategy.
If you're looking at dual boxing, I'd set your alt up with GEO if you haven't already.
I agree that the pop requirements for these NMs are far less than you normally have to go through. I suppose I'm normally just far more prepared so I hesitate on trying it. My alt does have Geo but it's poorly geared at the moment. Her brd is much better geared but sadly brd isn't much use anymore.

I'd like to go after some off-hand sword options. I think Nibiru and Colada are both T2 nms. I'll have to look to confirm but I've not done anything past a few T1's and those weren't solo attempts either. I've got my Tizona(Not III) and off handing bura.

Oryx is an easy fight too, as long as you don't cast any debuff bubbles like Frailty and such.

That should be plenty to land Blank Gaze. The only other things I could think would be if you were a 0 JP BLU or making sure the mob is facing you when you cast otherwise it won't have any effect.

That set seems pretty decent. I don't quite remember what my original MAcc set was when I started soloing Belphegor. Do you have 1200 JP and Tenebral Crush set? That's a nice MAcc bonus right there.
A couple of pieces I did have over your set when I started were Dampening Tam, Samnuha Coat, and Leyline Gloves for some extra MAcc. You should also be able to get a Sanctity Necklace from Quetz. Amalric or Carmine head pieces are also good MAcc pieces, if you can manage to land one of the abjs.

Swap in more ACC pcs, you're overloaded on MACC, that could be why the resists. If Lunge can't land, then it can't stun the mob.

Another potential thing to look at - and one that's easily glossed over - is weapon MAcc. Cliad and Nibiru are 188 Magic Accuracy Skill weapons. Solid as they are for melee, they're scraping the bottom of the barrel for landing spells/additional effects.
Colada is a bit better regardless of augments, as it's 201 MAcc Skill + 15 MAcc. Medeina Kilij isn't as good, but it's something, with 201 + 10 Blue Skill. Augmented Mimesis is 188 + 50 Macc now.
Iris has a ton of potential there, with the ability to have 201 + 30 skill + 15 Macc.
You don't necessarily need MAcc on swords all the time, but as a situational swap there are some pretty big gains to be had in the slot.
Or make a Tizona III, and have an obscene amount of MAcc (255 + 40 + the potential to put up MAcc Aftermath) =P

Just for reference; I am not having any resists againt Belphegor in my tp set with tenebral and double jp gifts.
Only 3 pieces have some macc, excluding INT or MND (not sure which helps gaze), no blu skill on gear.

If you can handle some Reisen T1s (c129), you're probably fine. Nosoi is kind of annoying due to slashing resist and strong poison, but still very doable. The orobon on the other hand is quite easy if you're also in need of clubs, especially if your GEO alt has a half decent nuke set.

I agree. For the orobon, I simply came as BLM and Trusts and nuked it down from the sidelines never had any problems.

They're very close. Variations in TP/hit and WS return can swing it either way, though the difference is generally <1%. Colada wins if you need accuracy, Sequence wins if you're capping acc and pDIF... Sequence does a bit better once you introduce skillchain damage, but not substantially so (shifts ~0.4% towards Sequence for solo CDC spam).
Sequence does have some niche applications as a mainhand (closing skillchains on most/all WS, spamming Savage Blade for whatever reason), so there's that I guess.

Wouldn't it be entirely more practical to have a sword to address accuracy concerns in the offhand rather than one for capping accuracy?
It is not like I would finish it since I only play BLU and that makes it hard to fight every single escha mob

Quote: It is not like I would finish it since I only play BLU and that makes it hard to fight every single escha mob, but I wonder if it is worth starting since I have Tizona/Almace, and it takes no work to spam augments on Colada. That's not a question I can give a definitive answer on given the information above. I'm making Sequence, and I'll probably throw some stones at Oseem for a high acc Colada. I'll freely admit that I'm more invested in getting the former done than the latter though, if only because Reisen augments are such a giant pile of RNG ***. Colada's the logical option if you're never going to finish Sequence though.

Here's my answer then: Sequence is probably equal/better unless your hitrate improves by offhanding Colada. If you get a godlike Colada augment, use the spreadsheet I fixed and updated for all of you to check it against Sequence using your own gear/typical parameters, and continue to compare them as your gear improves.
Sometimes Sequence is better, other times Colada can potentially overtake it. It depends not only on hitrate and pDIF, but the rest of your gear and traits (TP/hit, WS return, etc). I made that clear enough above. Giving a minimum augment implies otherwise, and I don't feel like cleaning up a "well Night said so" mess a month from now.
