Anyone know what currently drops Spoken Blood? The drop has been removed from what appears to be almost all Chigoes and all the data I've come across have been outdated/Incorrect.

high lvl chigoes. no large cluster of them, seek battle leves and small rooms in coppery caves

A halitali leve called "preventing the plague" it's only 9 level 40-52 chigoes but probably the biggest cluster you'll find.

I see, thanks a lot for the responses guys! I guess Mega-Potions of INT can go die in a fire because I need 2 Spoken Bloods per... I'll pass on that.
