Weaver Leves

Trying to do some rank 40 Weaver leves, and it tells me my leatherworking skill is not high enough to synth that recipe. Does anyone know what leatherworking skill is required for these:

Dated Velveteen Shirt
Dated Bowman's Tunic

Also, is there anywhere to find this information reliably? I tried mooglebox and this site and ZAM. Sometimes the dated recipes have secondary skills but I can't find where to look this info up. Any help would be appreciated

YG has 35 LW for both
