In the Healing Magic page on BGwiki is has Cure, Raise, and Status Removal as Healing magic. Down lower on the page there is a table labeled "Healing Magic Casting Time Reduction". In there it has Vanya Clogs with Augment D, but that augment gives "Cure" spellcasting time reduction and not 'Healing Magic'. Does that mean "Cure" spellcasting reduction also applies to status removal spells, is it a mistake, or just there because it falls under 'Healing Magic' and doesn't effect the others?

The wiki is not wrong. The table simply lists every form of Healing Magic Casting Time Reduction gear, but that doesn't mean that every piece of gear applies to every form of Healing Magic. The Vanya feet augment is specific to "Cure" spellcasting, which is under the "Healing Magic" category. It doesn't apply to the non-Cure spells within Healing Magic

Its not wrong, but it shouldnt be there either. It should have its own table for CCT.

Now having said that, the table is VERY outdated/unmaintained. Off the top of my head, hygieia clogs and mendi earring have cure cast time and they arent listed in that table.

Why is Fire the only element that can be chained off itself.

You can do Liq > fusion > light > double light. All fire.
Fast Blade > Burning Blade > [Liquefaction] > Flat Blade > [Fusion] > Savage Blade (Q) > [Light] > Chant du Cygne (E) > [Double Light]

No other element can do that.
You can't Det > frag > light > double light.
You can't Impact > frag > light > double light.
You can't trans > fuse > light > double light.
You can't Indur > dist > dark > double dark.
You can't reverb > dist > dark > double dark.
You can't scis > grav > dark > double dark.
You can't comp > grav > dark > double dark.

I had thought the same but then I found Capricornian Rope with cure spellcasting time, which the FFXIAH comments suggest works on Raise spells too. Now I don't know what to think.

If I have time this weekend maybe I'll try to test this with a few different cure spellcasting time items and see what's what.

I had a theory at one point that they messed up the skillchain chart in some specific way when they implemented it and never went back. It is close to be symmetric from the right perspective, but they misplaced like one edge or something.

Whoa there cowboy, you can't just claim that only Fire is going on there. Fast Blade is Scission (Earth), and Flat Blade is Impaction (Thunder). Savage Blade is Fragmentation (Thunder + Wind).

It's just a coincidence. From how they set up level 1 SC properties, none actually go together when making their level 2 skillchains. They are opposite / random a lot of the time.

Like how Detonation > Compression = Gravitation. Wind into Dark makes Dark Earth? Say what? But it makes just as much sense as Liquefaction > Impaction = Fusion. Fire then Lightning = Holy Fire?

Transfixion (Light) > Scission (Earth) = Distortion (Ice + Water).

There is no rhyme or reason

Referring to skillchain, not the properties. Multistep (5+) same element burst and only fire is possible.

Fire is the only one that can go L1 > L2. It's annoying.

But you can burst Fusion with Light spells too. It's not all fire. You just see fire as the mainstay in the animation.

You might find a "reasonable" answer in Light and Dark being opposites though.

The path to Light SC has a logical progression in the Liquefaction -> Fusion > Light path.

The Dark SC has an illogical one because even though there are 3 Darkness SCs as well, Compression doesn't slide into Gravitation as the opener.

Skillchains are also about going forwards and backwards. Openers and closers. Darkness demonstrates the closer, because you can go...

Transfixion -> Compression -> Makes Compression -> Detonation -> Makes Detonation -> Compression -> Makes Gravitation -> Distortion -> Makes Darkness

Sure you gotta put up with that weird Detonation in the middle of it, but you get all 3 Darkness SCs in this chain of chains as well.

I'm surprised you're not hung up on there being no way to chain all 3 Light SCs into a single path.

(Well I mean, I guess technically you could do Compression > Transfixion > Transfixion > Reverberation > Reverberation > Impaction > Impaction > Liquefaction > Liquefaction > Impaction > Fusion > Fragmentation > Light in a 12 step but... anyway I'm pretty sure the guys that came up with the skillchain properties were the same guys who came up with singing Time Devourer a song with elements using the Chrono Cross... It's a system of dualities)

Oh there are multiple problems with the skillchain system.

It was just at the moment I cared that I couldn't put another ice before distortion or another thunder before frag, but could with fire.

is there a addon that can put stuff that clogs up inventory like seals in a specified bag?

Seals as in Emp armor seals or seals as in Beastmen seals/crests? Cause if its the latter, I dont expect anyone to make such a thing, and for good reason.

Well I had beastmen seals, crystals and the likes in mind but really anything the user specifies.

What good reason?
Once wardrobes are full you need to use main inventory for gearswapping and meds also can't be used from other bags so it's best to keep main inventory as tidy as possible. Wouldn't it convenient to keep the few open slots in main inventory unoccupied without having to run to the storeing NPCs 3 times a day?

I assume organizer could do that with some tweaking?

The best one is treasury and you drop all that ***.

hoard 9999 seals and never use them but once every 3 months for 2 orbs, or hoard 5k crystals that you'll totally use one day

Moveitems addon. Can set this up to move any item to another bag when it hits your inventory. Seals, sortie junk, etc. You do have to disable it when you need to take them out though, as it makes no distinction between an item falling to inventory from the treasure pool and moving the item form satchel to inventory.

Shami stores seals and crests, theres literally no reason to keep them on you

I explained above why it'd be usefull.

I don't know about others but my main inventory is always at around 70-72. Now add seals for another 4 slots, holding a odyssey pop and maybe something in bazaar for sale and it only needs 1-2 crystals or geodes and inventory is full.

It's tedious to manually sort them over or run to the storing NPC after every time you left town.

Thank you for the recommendation. How does it behave if the bag it's supposed to put stuff in is full, can it accidentally drop stuff?

Usually 2/80, sometimes higher if I'm doing certain content or have a bazaar.

My alt is normally at 4/80 because I keep shihei and trump cards on her.

Must be nice to pay extra for something that should be free. I still zone faster than you!

If you want to try to play multiple jobs at endgame level with 2 wardrobes then by all means, be my guest. Makes it a little weird to complain about not having space though.

FWIW I think my storage practices are FAR from ideal. My satchel is filled with ***I never use and case is nothing but crafting materials. People who were actually organized (and don't craft) should have hundreds of extra spaces

That might be the case if you book wardrobes but everything is easier if you throw money at it.
Even without crafting I think it space get's tight, no matter how organized your are, from 2-3 jobs onwards.

I have no problem sitting at ~25/80 with no paid wardrobes, and that's just because I carry around 25 slots of meds in my default rollout. I use plugins to organize, and treat safe/storage/locker/safe2 as buffers for equipment my current job isn't using. Plugin pulls current job's gear into wardrobe 1/2, puts the rest into those bags, and if I end up with gear in inventory I trim some garbage because that means I'm past 478~ slots of equipment. I use a single same-account mule on each character to dbox things I'm not quite ready to throw out, but I've only paid for maybe 3 months of it in the last 5 years(activate when I'm on a cleaning spree, or dbox stuff during free campaign).

Case/Sack/Satchel is sufficient to hold all of my non-equipment. This ensures that I always have any pop item, synth material, or anything else I might want accessible.

I think SE should have been more generous with space, but I also firmly believe the current setup is fine without additional paid wardrobes if you are adequately organized.

It should not be free at all, I don't like paying more (cause I pay x6) but I fully understand why they had to do what they did. If all the costs are rising with inflation (wages etc) and the sub is not then it's going to reach a point where it's not making enough money anymore for the money monsters above them.

They have to find ways to increase revenue, and I much prefer this over a forced sub increase for everyone across the board.

Also the entire reason this was added in the first place was a coder was brought over (or they paid someone that previously retired to come do it), and that would not have been done if not for the fact it was going to be financially worth it. We also got other things because of that coder coming in to do that, such as the trash bin etc.
