Is Nisroch Jerkin still good or is it more or less sexy ilvl Kyudogi style lock at this point?
I don't find much use for it, but Gandiva is pretty niche. I'd use it in an AM3 midshot set, but depending on the circumstances I think the PDL bodies would pull ahead.
I don't think it was ever really useful to COR.

If youre 100% that the addon is the culprit of the game crashing I would simply not use it, because it should be pretty poorly written or simply deprecated.
I dont think there are a lot of skill ups you cant make with anything above a simple script spamming commands. Maybe synergy.

What controls whether or not you can do specific Campaign Ops? Not talking about Fiat Lux, I know about that. The way simpler ones, cause I'm trying to do the easiest rank-ups for Medal of Altana.
BG says "the condition and strategies of the nation" (lol?)

I definitely outrank it in Medals, I'm spamming Streetsweeper III at the moment which only took me one completion of II to unlock.
Are there hidden regional control requirements or something?

Me and Byrth had counts and stats on how to unlock things when we cleared them all for mastery rank stuff.
I don't have access to any of my old ffxi spreadsheets and stuff since that pc died, but maybe he still has some numbers for unlocking stuff lying around
When in doubt, keep doing the ops! I think the anvil/fist ones might need 16 clears each rank? Maybe 32 for the last ones? It's been a while idk. Try to search through the mastery rank topic when we were doing campaign ops there might be some numbers in there
The painful ones are the ones that require certain areas to be beastman controlled in order to do them. At least I think those were a thing? Idk!

I don't think it was ever really useful to COR.
I still use it for Armageddon AM3 midshot/crit sets for RNG and COR if double/triple shot are down. But yeah, pretty niche.

Do you lose exemplar pts if you die during Besieged?
I'm pretty invulnerable to the mobs in there but I got randomly charmed today and realized I could die from another player. I might start taking a <mlv40 job just in case

Returning to this - it's only a few days later but it is after a Sunday update and I suddenly do not have access to Streetsweeper II or III anymore. Is it also a weekly reset or something insane?
(edit: four completions of Streetsweeper I gave me access to II again. so it might legitimately be a weekly reset.)
(edit 2: my god I think it took 12 or maybe 16 of Streetsweeper II to get Streetsweeper III back, you are NOT wrong, this took forever)

What exactly is the procedure to work towards Ergon weapons? I don't have a strong attachment to either Adoulin job, though Rune Fencer is something I have actually enjoyed playing.
I just always hear it takes a buncha months and Imprimaturs and doing Mog Garden?

Legend in all coalitions (I believe this takes like 5 months if you dont waste any imprims and get everything to Advisor for the Bronze Shovel Cordon to reduce imprim time)

If you're doing that, you can also do all West+East Adoulin quests to get an extra 100,000 bayld from Reja Ygridhi (the same lady who gives out the "faster imprimatur" key items, though those are based on unique coalition assignment completions which is kind of awkward because you don't get them until very late in the process if you're not cheating)

Wait, why did I think Ergon needs Mog Garden nodes capped? Wiki only says legend rank in Coalitions. Mog Garden is for the golden rank key item that unlocks the Ygnas quest line.

Wait, why did I think Ergon needs Mog Garden nodes capped? Wiki only says legend rank in Coalitions. Golden Shovel Cordon needs Mog Garden nodes capped, so you probably just conflated them.
And yeah, Silver Shovel is gated behind one completion of everything up to legend, sadly.
You can get bronze shovel with everything up to Advisor (67 unique completions) + 1 Advisor level (68th unqiue completion for bronze shovel), so that at least arrives in time to shave some time off.

Anyone got any tips? For me it was easier to do 1 and write it down on a piece of paper/spreadsheet. I know a lot of ppl who got down to being finished, and couldn't find which one they were missing.
BTW cap garden nodes. Ygnas is perty good.

You can also "store" imprimaturs using missions, this gets easier as you rank up. If you take a mission, you can always refund the Imprimatur by cancelling it. So if you don't have time to do some but cap the ones you have earned, you can always run to one of the coalitions, take a mission, then refund it later to get the imprimaturs back.
I'd start now even if you have an inkling of wanting to do one, it's a 5-6 month time gate IIRC. Even if you don't want to do one anytime soon, it's a big relief knowing you can at least start it when you want to.
Also remember that you have to do higher level missions as you rank up, otherwise you won't progress.

If you want to maximize your pai- enjoyment you can work towards ygnas while you do it since among other things hes also locked behind getting max rank. Just hope you like mog gardens

It would actually be nice doing in tandem all quests in the same zone so you can actually clear multiple quests in a single trip.
This works relatively well for ceizak zone quests, but after some time I felt like this becomes kinda cumbersome because I think colo reives zone moves one rank faster than the lair reives.
You definitively want to have a recover lost articles active at all time so that you can by lucky find one.
Mummers quests are very annoying up till you can reach morale boosting quests, that are the way to go to get legend in that damn coalition.
