All NMs in Highlands, canyon, and Plateau that drop +2 items are NOT effected by yellow for increased drops, it is all based on luck or your TH if you have it.

Why do people spread such complete ***? Go away, seriously.

Because it is a fact? I have never seen yellow affect the drop rate for force-spawn NMs on +2 items when farming Empyrean items, had plenty drop from just TH

It's so weird, I don't even notice minor interior permutations like that, unless they're pointed out.

But now that you pointed it out, it's eating away at my central nervous system like prions.

You can make things that normally depend on yellow drop without it by setting CHR atmas.

Forgive my oversight.

You're aware that each mob drops two items, right?

If you want to believe that, by all means. But, I suggest that you refrain from spreading that supposed information, because it is incorrect.

This sounds a lot like the signet with Kirin, or signet + TH rumors, or even the "THF MUST GET LAST HIT!!!1!!" rumors of the old days ... a bunch of assumptions with no evidence.

I personally make sure I take off my rings and put on my AF weapon when the mob dies for maximum TH effect

sorry if its been said, only ready 1st page, but all the main zone bosses(possibly others) are effected by yellow. its the ironclads and timed pop nm's that are not.

Visions Prespawned NMs

  • Scars +2 Item #1 - Affected by TH, Not affected by Yellow

  • Scars +2 Item #2 - Affected by TH, Not affected by Yellow

Visions Force Spawned NMs

  • Scars +2 Item #1 - Affected by TH, Not affected by Yellow

  • Scars +2 Item #2 - Will not drop without yellow, guaranteed with

Scars Prespawned NMs :: NMs that do not drop Scars items will follow the "Prespawned NM" pattern

  • Heroes +2 Item #1 - Affected by TH, Not affected by Yellow

  • Heroes +2 Item #2 - Affected by TH, Not affected by Yellow

Scars Force Spawned NMs :: NMs that do not drop Scars items will follow the "Prespawned NM" pattern

  • Scars +2 Item #1 - Affected by TH, Not affected by Yellow

  • Scars +2 Item #2 - Will always drop

  • Scars +2 Item #3 - Will not drop without yellow, guaranteed with

  • Scars +2 Item #4 - Will not drop without yellow, affected by TH

  • Heroes +2 Item #1 - Affected by TH, Not affected by Yellow

  • Heroes +2 Item #2 - Will not drop without yellow, guaranteed with

Now can we all stop saying things that aren't true (This was incorrect for about a minute, I copy and pasted myself incorrectly and had some delusion that Wieldance was Scars).

For the Visions NMs dropping +2 stuff, there seems to be a common one that drops frequently with TH, and an uncommon one that requires yellow to drop frequently.

Wrong. I pity anyone who believes you. I just finished 100 helms, and not a single stone dropped without yellow, while jewels were pretty common with just TH.

Plain and simple. Yellow is for +2 items. Helms are strictly TH/luck based and yellow does not help them. This goes for any empy NM... Yellow is and always has been for +'2. Add TH to a yellow proc to get better chance at more +2's/+1's.

You're the first person to mention red or blue. And you were wrong about the Yellow on Briareus.

We've gone over this at least once per page of this thread.

One item requires yellow to drop, the other is purely based on TH.

Edit: I thought there were 3 pages, so yeah.
