International flights are often a shitload cheaper if you transfer flights. Like...start at Nebraska, then swap planes in a Florida Terminal. More of a headache, sure. And you get double the head pressure pain, but it usually saves a few hundred bucks. :x

I don't even wanna imagine going straight there. What about boat? Or even better flying on a concord?
