Do people do the beginning VW parts anymore?
Do people do the City paths of VW anymore? Just Me & a friend still need them, didnt know if many others still needed.
Idk I still need windy path myself personally, but have yet to see a shout for em since aug. but I've seen the other 2 citys , even a sandy last night do yea city shouts still happen ya just need to be paitient

I know quite a few people needing the low tiers. I myself haven't done much of it and only have the ki from the puk nm sandy t1. It is really just scheduling problem for my little group of people atm. One thing I wonder is if you need all the clears to participate in higher tiers, or can you just hop into any tier fight?

Only the popper needs the clears to pop the NM. If you have a voidstone you can participate, will get cruor/exp/items, you just won't get credit towards stratum progress.

ummm friend of mine just did sandy and windy yesterday and doing bastok right now, so I guess the answer is yeah, people still do em!
most people shout but its a lot more rare these days. Just shout and you usually get people quick. And to morier you can participate as long as you have a stone you can get loot for higher tiers and ki's from them etc. GL.

I just saw 4 shouts for opening paths on Bismarck this morning...
You dont *need* a stone to get exp or cruor, tho you will get the lower cap there is, like, without procs. You need a stone for rewards, KI/items and max cruor/exp. I do suggest trying to get the KIs for temporary items since they do help a lot! but the only reason to get paths clear so far is so you can pop the nms and travel there using the VW npc, which is very convenient sometimes :)
I personally did cities with a small party for T1-2, then shouted for members for T3-4.
People don't want to do the T1-2 BS if they just want in on the T4, but more people are likely to join if they only have to do T3 then they can do T4. Finished them all in like 2 days easy. You dont really follow up in your ls do you lol there are two voidwatch days. one for basic city wins aka preparing for big figths. and one day which are for the i big fights whic are on sundays
