Well, iirc, OaT and 2-4 can't proc in a quad/trip/double attack unless it's a Justice weapon. :S

I don't see how TA/QA would be less useful though. Instead of the usual 2 round attack, you would attack three times or four times. I was aware they didn't stack like jailer weapons would but slot, for slot I can't find anything better.

Thanks, brain's foggy today cuz I'm sick. ~.~ Carry on!

I guess Ganesha's Mala + Rancorous Mantle would beat Rancor Collar + Atheling in that case.

But still I was wondering, seeing as I'm using an OaT weapon would the double attack from Atheling be an easy sacrifice for a rancor mantle?

Edit: Roughly 45% I believe.

Assuming 45% and /WAR

Set with something besides mala: 1.55 attacks/round
With Mala: 1.6 attacks/round
Atheling instead of rancorous: 1.61 attacks per round

Pretty sure rancorous is a clear winner.

/SAM

Set without mala: 1.49 attacks/round
With mala: 1.54 attacks/round
With atheling: 1.56 atacks/round

I think I'd still stick with rancorous.

Thanks, seems like a good trade.

assuming 40%
(also assuming w/e tp set you ladies were using on the previous page)

/war mala / rancorous 1.56
/war mala / atheling 1.575

/sam mala/rancorous 1.5
/sam mala/ atheling 1.516

this has been your daily dose of numbers without conclusions from your friendly neighbourhood stripper dancer

Eh, remember, that's just attacks per round.

I don't know intuitively if 0.015 attacks per round is going to beat out 5% critical hit rate over time, but I somehow doubt it.

Quick Q:
Since it seems as though WS dmg % only applies to the first hit, should I make a TP bonus GS or stick with Hoarfrost? Or maybe someone can make my day and tell me the magian WSD actually carries to all hits >.<

Where did you hear that? It wouldn't be WS Damage +10% if it did.

Instead of working on Ragnarok trials I've been completely retooling my DRK builds and spellcast. I've been trying to plug a number of sets into the DPS calculator, but sometimes I get weird results. (Like the same two builds coming up with 2 different numbers when both builds are the identical.)

Can somebody plug this set in, and tell me how it fares? The Armada has DA+3% & sTP+4 augments, and says it out performs Phorcy body with the 7% WSDmg.

I highly doubt it if acc is capped. Add Phorcys body and Pil boots and you've pretty much got the best set available right now.
Last estimate, I've done 350+ Pils and the damn boots are just avoiding me. I figured the body would drop to me because I don't need it, but I've yet to see that either.

I figured Phorcys would be the best option, but I was trying a number of configurations to see if I could squeeze any more damage out of the set. Then I saw an almost 100 pt difference in damage that surprised me.

Current Reso Set

Pil needs to go *** himself seriously. I am only losing 2 STR from Jingang Greaves but gaining 12 accuracy and 1% more double attack.

I actually considered the schuhs for the Acc/DA, but - once I get to work on the damn trials - I'll have Acc+35~40 from Rag. Might have to try and plug those into the spreadsheet and see what they say.

I second the Pil sentiment though. So very tired of him, and now there aren't many /shouts so I never get another attempt at logs.

Last run I went on, I found my 3rd Toci's but no boots yet.. Be nice if I could trade with some-one who has the opposite problem as me.

I agree! I know people tossing the boots and aren't getting bodies, or getting bodies on the wrong character. Hopefully this ticket system will help people, after the initial greed dies down of course.
