My account is missing over 40 rank achievements for jobs and I dont know how many other achievements. Is there a way I can make the account resync completely other then just queue for update? Thanks.

There's a strong possibility it's actually on lodestone's side. I know a number of LS-mates who have had a number of achievements fail to show up on lodestone. If your case is similar to theirs, then a re-sync wouldn't help =\
