Judging by Bricev's recent AH history, he is in league with the RMT's and their keylogger that is going around. It simply took longer for you to get hit. You are among the thousands that got hit. You will not find Bricev, you will not see him in-game, (Unless you catch him for the 5 minutes he's logged on to do AH stuff) you won't see him on the forums, just forget this even happened and go on with your life, there's nothing you can do as he lives in a sweatshop somewhere in China and works 18 hour days for a loaf of bread and a cup of water.

Fix your account and be done with it.
