The one in Windurst I have yet to log in but has it been confirmed Windy waters past npc sells the scrolls?

Yea that's what I am afraid of...at least for Comet. Thunder V and Blizzaja probably sold via NPC. yah why is kaustra/embrava have the NPC listed who sells but blm doesnt... kinda seems unfair...

Running around on blm 90 atm been to every npc that sells blm spells jeuno windy waters port windy even Aht w/e lol. Was on blm when i logged in hoping it came from the npc where the other 5's /jas came from but nup

This kinda makes me sad too. *Certain staff trials were deemed to require additional testing time and thus have been temporarily postponed. They will be implemented on the test server within the coming days and will be featured in a forthcoming version update. meaning we gotta wait 6+ months to see the +3's i dont think it will be 6 months they just hv to fix the bug pretty sure they will be out by next month or so
