yup. I forget how much str can beat one but atm there isn't a piece for the neck with enough to beat it yet.

I believe Ire+1 beats the sea gorgets for ws if your acc allows it.

Yes and also NQ is ok since we don't know what possible improvements we will get in the furture. STR+6-7 on neck is likely to be beaten.
