Is it normal that one of my Larvitar got one 31 IV I wasn't expecting (on top of the other IV)? I bred it for ATK and he hatched with ATK and SPE ATK (not gonna complain). Is there any quicker way to level other than spamming the Elite Four? I need to evolve a ton of Pokémon for the Pokédex and this is taking forever!
Hmmm, Blaziken is the most effective way of leveling I found. He gets so much exp, from absolutely anything. Could just spam any area with lv 50+ pokémons that spam pop and get "proper exp", at least until 60.

Makes sense. The Ditto I used for ATK also had 31 in SPE ATK. I did use the power item for ATK on the Ditto.
Can anyone tell me which city is "Cyllage City"? I'm unable to find an English map with the cities' names.
