If I wait to evolve my petilil at level 46 to learn leaf storm will it be able to learn teeter dance at the move rememberer as lilligant?

Any chance you wanna get rid of a croagunk and a larvitar? 5/6 sounds sexy.... i was making a nidoking for a poison type but i like croagunk too..... hate to be a leech but its been hard to find a nidoran male with hidden abilities for me I have some eggs I would like to check but I need someone that is willing to give up like 5 minutes to let me check them. Anyone looking for Mawiles? I got a box full of 5/6 Adamant Mawiles - all missing SpAtk.
I also have a breeding pair of 6/6 adamant Mawiles (1/32 for producing 6/6s) if anyone want me to breed some. I'm quite open to most offers so lemme know beforehand (Mainly looking for Charizardite X and Tyranitarite but doubt anyone wants to offer these ; ;) Also got about 29 Timid charmander eggs with Dragon dance/Outrage egg moves that I kinda want off my hands. All should be 4-5 IVs so they make pretty decent parents. I'll post the IVs/SVs for em later when I get home from work if anyone interested. Almost done with my team! There is almost no strategy involved, I just picked ones I like. Lucario, Gardevoir, Lilligant, Glaceon, and Honedge so far. Not sure who I want to put in my last slot. Probably a turrible team but oh well, I like them!

Note some of them are rejects I didn't want to use because one of their important stats are missing. I'll reply back with what their stats/sex/natures
So the last couple days I've just been staring blankly at my piece of paper trying to decide who to keep on my eevee team. I've been building up eevee's for each one but I'm conflicted because I want to use my favorite Eevee's, but I know they're shittier than the others. :I
On that note, I have Adamant/Jolly/Bold/Timid/Calm/Careful Eevee's that are 5/6 with Wish, some Bold/Timid/Careful's have Curse/Wish/Stored Power/Yawn. Let me know if any of you guys want some and if you can, give me some incite on your eevee team, unless it's a secret, which I understand :I I'm just really curious. La Parka  or Psychosis  Being pokemon veterans do you guys think that move tutors will be upgraded or added to X and Y or do you think they will just say that access to pokemon bank will be good enough and we should tutor from old games to get moves into X and Y?
