Has anyone looked into a Aeolian Edge build on NIN for the best damage?
Just barely found out that NIN has access to this WS and I am currently skilling dagger to unlock it.
With that said I am wondering what a good build would be for it.
For both inside and outside abyssea. Also what is a good dagger for NIN these days?

Generally put in mab then int/dex. Martial dagger is awesome for aeolian. Atmas gales, ultimate, and hells guardian. Smiting blow if you can't get a martial dagger.
Twilight is a good general DD dagger between subtle blow/agi you can steal tp almost as fast as you give it. Martial Knife/???/---/INT+2 or DEX+2 item
Maat's/Uggy/Novio/Hecate's Osode/AF3+2/DEXorINT+7/DEXorINT+7 Nifty/Sanctuary+1 or Cuchu/Byakko's/DEXorINT+6 If AE has a dINT component then you'd favor the INT items, otherwise wouldn't matter. Not sure how MAB+3 rings compare to stat+ rings, they're probably slightly better but meh.

AE uses fint. Which caps kinda low so with normal gearing should be able to hit.
Is it possible to double or triple attack it? or is it a one hitter only?

Thiazi's Belt would have more dex than cuch.
Hachiryu Kote is as good as af3+2 hands Ree's Headgear is good. ACP/MKE augments could be good. Ok,
Once you have stacked as much MAB as you can get your hands on is it better to shoot for 50/50 between DEX and INT? I am assuming that since I am Elvaan and have merited DEX might be better to go all out INT to get totals as near as possible between base DEX and added INT? Just get whichever you can get the highest total amount of dex and int. They both add exactly the same amount there is no point balancing or whatever you are asking. How much you have of one has no effect on the other.

Now to compound it /BLM all the way for best damage? lol Well ok outside of abyssea especially on harder targets int will be slightly better than dex since you may not be capping fint... but I really don't see anyone using this outside of abyssea anyways

So even more on this subject, I have heard rumblings all over the place about these AoE WS parties and I was wondering what mobs they do them on and if NIN is ever invited?
I am kinda capped right now on the XP I am interested in, but could see it as a nice way to farm a zone for various KI's or other things from gold chests Theoretically you could get MAB and dex/int in MMM... good luck with that though

A lot of this gear seems like it would have use with Blade: Yu as well.
At least if you were packing it around it wouldn't be a total waste of space. Dokumori: Ni here you go. edit: I wish Yu was AoE, that would be the ultimate, AoE and poison. I just use my ninjutsu set, NIN gear already takes ~65 slots as it is... not even counting tools. IIRC with twilight knife its avg around 800 dmg with regular duo atmas (RR GH Siren[i its eva over apoc so i can slack lol- and good for pulling]).
