Ive never in my life killed Jailer of Hope so I dont know exactly how tough it can be. At lvl75 it was said 12-18 need to kill it. Now we are for the most part lvl90.
My question is what is the bare minimum required to kill this NM at lvl90?

otherwise no idea. 12-18? who told you that? lol Hope is the shark right? that dude is a joke no doubt it can be soloed. Id say 1pt was a safe set up at 75 prolly solo with pinning or what not. Now at 90 prolly easy duo w/o any fancy tactics.
Fought this the other day with a kannagi nin tanking. I was on rdm, and there was a whm and a gandiva rng. It was stupid easy, pretty sure we could've duo'd it rdm+nin
If you want to ride is safe:
PLD WHM BRD RDM BLM BLM same as lvl 75 setup. Otherwise try tank (Nin/war, MNK/nin, PLD/nin) + WHM/sch + BRD/whm + RNG or BLM. I think farming Temperance is harder than Hope~
A solo still sounds like a solid challenge, mainly due to the frequency of its TP moves, which spike the damage you take noticably and strip all shadows.
I'd actually enjoy seeing this done. Other than that everything has been said, with any more than two it gets stupidly easy even at 75. ***, you can even pseudo-kite it due to how often it stops to cast.

[100 days between previous and next post]Very easy fight now at 90 went NIN WHM and THF for TH had no problems at all, could have AFK'ed and auto attacked it.. Jailer of Temperance for the First virtue is a much more difficult fight especially WHM NIN duo, good luck.

Yeah, was asking because I don't remember either one being particularly nasty. The idea of Temp being difficult was weird.
Well considering he stayed in blunt 90% of the time I was forced to beat him down with Afflictors on NIN, when he did change to slashing it was only for enough time to get maybe 90% TP and changed before Blade:Hi was available and I didn't say he was THAT hard or anything I only was comparing him to Jailer of Hope.
