Astora's Straight Sword doesn't work on ghosts? :/

was looking up a PC version review. apparently the pc version doesn't get frame rate drops in "blight town? idk" but i'll either get ps3 or pc version whichever is cheaper, apparently there are some extras in the pc version though D:
